As business and life partners, our path to creating OGC was born out of a shared passion for culture, community, and collaboration. While navigating our individual career paths, we found that a lack in these values made it extremely challenging for us to show up to work as our best selves. In addition, our experiences with top-level management reinforced a strong sense of disengagement, which created an unhealthy and unfulfilling work environment. This drove our passion to address the critical need for workplaces to prioritize Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Fulfillment. In 2018, we started OGC with a vision to help leadership teams be more effective by being more engaging. We achieve this by combining our dedication, expertise and passion to establish sustainable growth.
